To Grandmother's House We Go ...

After a crazy night of TV and napping we decided to tone down and spend our Saturday at my parents house. Tiger Mom had a nice break while the grand folks watched Cub. All this partying is starting to take its toll on me.

Another New Friend!

Over the weekend, our good friends Matt and Naomi visited with their sweet boy Sammy.  Sammy was a little shy at first but they soon became play buddies.  Along with the other countless babies that have met B and the many more that are on the way, Bradley already has more friends than his old man.

Our Other Baby

Here is an update about our other baby Mulan. Mulan is adjusting well to having a brother. She is used to the crying and is very gentle with him. She loves to sit next to him, and sleeps on the bed facing his sleeper. We are very lucky that Mulan has been so great. Here is a pic of Mulan snuggling with the boppy!

Pump Station

Today we thought we'd take Señor Cutie to The Pump Station. We've heard nothing but good things from others about their selection and great customer service. Seeing how the closest location to us was Santa Monica we thought it was a good chance for us to introduce Bradley to one of California's greatest assets ... the beach.

First Playdate

Bradley had his first play date with his friend Wesley. They are exactly 2 months and 1 day apart. Both mommies are friends from work and were excited to share their pregnancies and now motherhood. Their day started off with pictures in matching outfits. Both were bought at Target unplanned, but dressed the same planned. Then the next 3 hours ended with two babies on completely different schedules. The only thing they did the same at one point was breast feed. It was at this time where Bradley already became a bad influence and taught his new friend how to grunt and be loud while eating. This is going to be a regular thing, so look forward to more adventures with the 'leys'!

One Month Update

Today Bradley B is 1 month old. He was able to celebrate with a trip to the pediatrician for his one month check up. Bradley at one month:
1. B weighs 10 pounds and 21.5 inches. Most of the weight is in his cheeks, belly, and head.
2. B sleeps about 12 hours a night waking up every three hours. He takes about 4 naps a day.
3. When he isn't sleeping or eating, he likes to stare at lights, listen to classical music, and read books with dad.
4. B is super strong. He lifts his head up a lot and loves tummy time. Today at the doctor's office, he impressed the doctor by flipping over onto his back.
5. B is not a big crier, but knows what he wants. He is a happy, sweet, baby!

Days With Mommy

Here is a pic of Baby B the day before he turns 4 weeks. 4 weeks ago I was walking around Fox Hills Mall with Jenny and Ron, trying to get little B out. Who knew it would actually work and he would arrive the next day. Baby B is just like his dad, a true night owl. He likes to start off his day at around 11am. From then on he eats, stares at mommy, then naps. He ends his nights playing with daddy, then going to bed around midnight. Hopefully he will start going to bed earlier.
